The 2024 Annual Members’ Meeting Is Coming Soon!
This year’s meeting will include the 12th Board of Directors and Supervisors Election.
All members are sincerely invited to attend and cast your important vote,
joining us in bringing new energy to the future of our society.
Member Souvenir Collection Information
To express our gratitude for your long-term support,
the 11th Board of Directors and Supervisors has specially prepared commemorative gifts —
a book and a souvenir headscarf — for all members.
Eligibility:
Members who have paid the 2024 (Year 113) membership fee
(including those who make up previous unpaid fees or pay on-site).
Collection Methods:
Members who attend the meeting and vote in person, and complete payment by or on March 9 (including on-site), may collect the gifts at the venue.
Members who authorize another member to attend and vote on their behalf, and complete payment by or on March 9 (including on-site), may have the authorized representative collect the gifts.
Authorized Collection Procedure:
Please complete and sign the authorization form.
The authorized representative must bring the signed hard copy to the venue on March 9 for check-in, voting, and payment verification to collect the commemorative gifts on behalf of the member.

Event Description
On the day of the annual meeting, the Society will invite several distinguished domestic scholars and experts to deliver this year’s Marine Environmental Conservation Popular Science Lectures. The event promises to be engaging and informative. The lectures will be open to the public, and members are encouraged to invite friends to join and register.
During the midday session, the Society will hold the 10th General Assembly, during which the Secretariat will report on the year’s administrative and financial affairs, announce the results of the 10th Board of Directors and Supervisors election, and conduct proposal discussions.
In the courtyard of the venue, the Taiwan Underwater Photography Association will host an underwater photography exhibition. The exhibited works feature rare marine life and breathtaking seascapes captured recently in domestic and international diving destinations — a visual feast not to be missed.
For this annual meeting, the Secretariat has prepared exquisite souvenirs for members, with priority given to those who attend in person.
